Project Manager
The Project Manager at Ideation Design Group takes ownership of their assigned projects from conception to completion, working alongside the Studio Director while overseeing the actions of Job Captains, CAD Techs and other team members. It is the duty of the Project Manager to facilitate all architectural processes and otherwise keep all trains running on track, whether that means mentoring new staff members, ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines, identifying risk management issues, making sure client and studio standards and timelines are in sync.

Ready, willing and eager to wade through the red tape associated with identifying and complying with tenant guidelines, site constraints, client and code requirements.
The Project Manager shares our obsession with detail and ensures that the physical manifestation of each project exceeds client expectations. They must have a finger firmly on the pulse of IDG’s inner-workings while navigating external reviews and field conditions during construction. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience within the architecture field
- 8+ years Architectural experience
- 5-10 years of professional experience and current working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Outstanding communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to handle multiple projects at a time
Preferred
- Architectural License
- Experience in Revit
- Experience in commercial, restaurant, and/or retail architecture
