The design inspiration for Sheraton Mesa Hotel is “Arizona’s Best.” The interior concept showcases Arizona’s warm color palette and earth tones using textures and materials reflective of the desert. The four-story, 160,000 sq. foot space sits directly adjacent to the Chicago Cubs’ spring training ground, which will feature views of the stadium while allowing guests easy access to the ballpark. Ideation Design Group draws on its extensive experience in foodservice and design to create the interiors for the 180 guest rooms, including seven VIP suites, the presidential suite, two full-service restaurants, and the conference center. Going beyond the expected kitschy southwestern vibe, the design team achieves an organic connection to “Arizona’s Best” to create a sophisticated, yet comfortable atmosphere synonymous with the Sheraton brand.
