Project Manager
The Project Manager at Ideation Design Group takes ownership of projects assigned to the studio from conception to completion, working alongside the Studio Director while overseeing the actions of Job Captains, CAD Techs and other team members. It is the duty of the Project Manager to facilitate construction and architectural processes and otherwise keep all trains running on track, whether that means mentoring new staff members and ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines or identifying risk management issues and making sure client and studio standards and timelines are in sync.

The top team needs the top talent—is it you? Proactive. Meticulous. Conscientious to a fault. Highly knowledgeable about commercial design, construction and architecture. Ready, willing and eager to wade through the red tape associated with identifying and complying with tenant guidelines and third-party tenant coordination requirements.
The Project Manager shares our obsession with detail and ensures that each project not only excites visually but performs at the highest level. They must have a finger firmly on the pulse of IDG’s inner-workings while having a chameleon-like ability to fill other shoes or assume the temporary role of Studio Director as needed.
